Yesterday, i downloaded android SDK. I’m using eclipse as IDE but unfortunately i can not download the plugin from campus since https port is blocked. So, i went to my office and download it successfully. for those who prefer to download and install the plugin this could be worth to try.

the directory structure inside the zip file was exactly the same as in the eclipse directories (features and plugins).
